My girlfriends are a laugh a minute and there are a handful of them who have entertained us over the years with their stories of how they have fucked a workman or salesman to get a discount on a service or product. Because I was a first time condo buyer, the real estate agent explained to be me that I wouldn’t get a mortgage unless I was financially prepared to pay a hefty deposit. I know you will think that this is one of those sex fantasies, but this is actually true.

I didn’t want to pay that deposit, I wanted to spend the money I had saved into making my condo perfect. I definitely needed to get creative with my finances, so I called the estate agent and asked if we could meet at the condo.

Meeting at the condo, so I could take another look around, I told him I really wanted it, but was between a bit of a rock and a hard place as far as the deposit was concerned, did he have any suggestions for me. He looked me in the eye and explain that he has helped out single ladies before in terms of zero deposit mortgages, eager to find out how, I asked “how”?

He didn’t mince words, cut to the chase and said “sex for favors”. Caramba! So, it had finally come to that for me too. He was fat, sweaty, fifty if he was a day and looked like he might die of a heart attack if he got too excited. But I wanted the condo!

“Sure”, I said, turning on the charm, “I found you sexy from the moment I laid eyes on you, this won’t be too difficult” I lied. “You decide the when and where and I will make it happen”.

He said “right here and now, and I’ll get the paperwork started over the weekend, you can sign and we will submit to the bank on Monday”!

Unfortunately I had to fuck him again before I actually got to sign the papers, but fuck him I did and you know it actually wasn’t so bad. When someone is doing something really nice to you, it is not that difficult to be nice to them.

It worked, I now have my condo and I only had to fuck him one more time to get it. This time I did it with gratitude and it wasn’t half bad when you feel grateful for someone saving you 000!
