Purchase only one product for the dual purpose of body massage and sex, and make this silicone lube. It is a non-irritant product and prevents friction, and if your sex session turns into a full body massage, a little silicone lube goes a very long way. This lube is actually the best for a number of reasons and only the best quality lubes are silicone or water based.

Any lube containing a variety of other ingredients should be avoided, and this means the "all natural" oil based lubes too. Some may have had sugars, flavors and scent as well as glycerin added to the mix and non of these ingredients are good in the case of a lube. Even thought the vagina is self, lubricating, the anus is not, so silicone lube prevents tears and irritation and can be used with condoms.

Also steer clear of lubes which contain nonoxynol-9 spermicide – this is not great for oral sex, and it breaks down the latex of condoms. Because it is a highly effective spermicide it is extremely corrosive and can even increase the chances of contracting HIV, if it damages a condom. In the case of oral sex nonoxynol-9 tastes terrible and will make the lips and tongue numb.
