An all purpose lube for sex and body massage needs is the best option, this means you only need buy one product and silicone lube is the best for this. You only need use a very small amount and this actually goes a very long way, it is also good for preventing friction and is a non-irritant product.

Any lube containing a variety of other ingredients should be avoided, and this means the "all natural" oil based lubes too. Some may have had sugars, flavors and scent as well as glycerin added to the mix and non of these ingredients are good in the case of a lube.
